Subacute Sclerosing Panencephalitis (SSPE)
Granular changes of the pigment epithelium with chorioretinal scar above the macula. This disease usually occurs in children who have a history of measles. Visual symptoms precede often the personality and behavioral changes that end up in dementia and death.
