Posterior Polymorphic Corneal Dystrophy (Schlichting) (#1)
Bilateral endothelial dystrophy at the level of Descemet's membrane. May start in early infancy. Typical are dellen of the endothelial surface, corneal edema, iridocorneal synechiae, and elevated introocular pressure. Usually dominantly inherited.
