| 50 year old lady had epiphora for the past 2 years associated with a non-tender swelling below the left medial canthal ligament. She presented with pain, redness and swelling over the lacrimal sac area for 3 weeks. The lacrimal mucocoele was infected. The pointing abscess indicated that a lacrimal fistula was imminent. | |
