A 54 year old male presented with subconjuncival Loa Loa worms-2 dead and one alive.
The living Loa Loa worm was protruding through the conjunctiva at the Limbus at the 2 o'clock position. The live worm was removed at the slit lamp but the dead worms had to be removed in the operating room.
