Regular Cataract-Surgery_IOL-implantation
Regular Cataract-Surgery_IOL-implantation: After the removal of the cataract, the intraocular lens (IOL) was implanted into the eye, through a small incision of 2.5 mm using a foldable IOL. The foldable IOL, made of acrylic material of appropriate power was folded using a special folder. The lens implanted was inserted through the incision into the capsular bag within the posterior chamber (in-the-bag implantation).
