Ocular medical history: history with wooden stick injury with penetrating trauma before 2 month.
General medical history: empty
Main complaint:
Purpose: to present vascularized retrolental membrane
Method: patient undergone examination of color photography of anterior chamber
Findings: vascularized retrolental membrane.

presented with complaint of and found to have vascularization in pupillary membrane.
Das trockene Auge ist eine der häufigsten Erkrankungen. Die Hyperosmolarität des Tränenfilms ist z.T. für die Veränderungen der Augenoberfläche und des Tränenfilms verantwortlich. Eine verminderte Tränensekretion und eine erhöhte Tränenfilmverdunstung sind mögliche Ursachen.
Die retinalen Gefäße sind Frühindikatoren für systemische Mikroangiopathien, die durch Bluthochdruck oder Diabetes verursacht werden. Mittels Telemedizin kann die retinale Mikroangiopathie bestimmt werden.
