An old case of Penetrating keratoplasty with all sutures has been removed. Patients c/o of blurring of vision. The lower 3/4 of graft is thickened as seen in section of the slit lamp. Also notice part of cornea seen against light coming from the iris (retro illumination), that part is s not transparent with kps. A case of endothelial graft rejection
